At Krishna Artisan, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted art and craft products. Since our items are specially made, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or broken due to transit.


Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return only if it has sustained physical damage or breakage during delivery.


Steps to Request a Return

  1. Inspect the Product Immediately
    Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product thoroughly.

  2. Notify Us Within 24 Hours
    If the product is damaged, email us at info@krishnaartisan.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Provide Proof of Damage
    Share clear images or a video of the damaged item, including its packaging, to help us process your request quickly.


Return Process

  • Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.

  • A replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

  • If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a store credit or refund, based on your preference.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • “Change of mind” or personal preference

  • Claims made after the 24-hour window from delivery
